About Andy Gregory

Since 1997, I have been a recruiter and I love it.  I got started with the largest recruiting firm in Indiana – moved to a smaller regional firm where I was the top producer and decided I could do recruiting better on my own.

My career prior to recruiting was spent working for a $10 billion financial services organization followed by a 2 year wilderness experience where I did not know where my career was headed.  That 2 year experience led me to an industry where I can bring an empathy that you might not find in most recruiters.

It is my hope that this blog entertains as well as educates – is insightful and inciteful.  One word of caution, if you do not like the thoughts in this blog you probably would not enjoy working with me – but I hope you do enjoy it.
