I used this service when searching for a new career position last spring and it was fabulous. Everything was in one place; resume versions, cover letters and all the information in regards to where I had submitted my resume. I was in Toronto when one employer called me about a submission and I easily logged in from the hotel, pulled up all the information I had sent them and had an intelligent discussion. I did not need to call them back and risk playing telephone tag or losing an opportunity for an interview.
    Thanks

I know what you mean about the trouble getting started writing a resume. Getting started is the hardest part. I was thinking about writing my resume for three weeks and couldn’t get going. The problem was that I did not know how to begin or how to structure a resume for this point in my career.
A friend told me about trying Pongoresume.com. I set up a free account, answered four questions about my career status and the Pongo software opened with a recommended resume template for me. Bang! I was starting to write my resume. Even though I started with a recommended template, I was able to customize the resume layout that best suited my style and me.
All the other stuff in Pongo was a bonus. The stationary, automatic tracking, downloading was all very nice after I got my resume done. The best part of the software for me was the help I needed to get started and organizing my thoughts in a structured manner so I could write my resume.
